Just stumbled upon this blog. Decent piece but Modern is actually on the Royal Oak side. You out-of-towners stay on the Madison Heights side where all the hotels are. It’s an obscure dividing line. Just fact checking, sorry.

For you only having gone to a few recent BCSD’s, you convey the adolescent feel and mindset pretty well.

Also, Bar Bar is just a cop out. Try and make it to Downtown Royal Oak this time around. Last year we had pre-parties at Luna and an afterparty at 5th Avenue which are two wild venues with plenty of women and booze. We took the Razors crew, Justin Hertel and a few other NorCal people who I can’t remember.

I will stop by your booth at the trade show to check out your books. Need a few new reads. Keep it up.

it has been years since i have talked with you krans but every time i read anything you write i can hear you reading it like your over my shoulder [creepy sometimes]. it seems that things are going well for you these days, glad to hear you’ve made it.
i don’t know if you knew how much of a role model you have been for me. for that i thank you.
one if these days ill be done with college then ill be heading west n we can grab a drink or four and catch up. judging by this article, there are a lot of stories since the iowa days.
